訓練期間也能提升運動員對於國際觀的感受，並提升自己的曝光度，有助於未來升學或是職業路上的機會。
Apex 個人訓練服務
個人訓練在美國非常流行，球員在休賽季時會去尋找訓練師，訓練自己需要改進或是需要調整的動作，我們希望台灣的運動員也會有機會可以嘗試跟突破。
我們也與不同NBA和NCAA Ｄ1 球員訓練師合作，找出您最需要調整的內容，並適配最適合的訓練師進行訓練。
另外我們也有與不同大學高中校隊或是俱樂部球團合作，提供想要前往美國做專業訓練的訓練營，不只是可以與當地學生和球員做交流，更是可以接觸一級的訓練模式。

Jordan Lawley is one of the top NBA trainers in the U.S. and Head Trainer of the Asics Sport Facilityin Irvine, CA.He will be working out with 100s of up-and-coming players like yourself, and more notably. NBA players such as…Klay Thompson, CJ McCollum, Zach Lavine, Carmelo Anthony and Julius Randle, etc., are also his clients.

RHODE ISLAND ELITE BASKETBALL AAU TEAM
Rhode Island elite basketball 為Johnny 在美國的友人 Ray Pena教練所創立，培養多位NCAA一級的籃球員Chris Duarte當初也是其中的一員，在近兩年更是有位年輕球員叫做Isaiah Miranda, 身為ESPN 排名全美第26名的球員，Isaiah 已經拿到多間一級大學的獎學金跟青睞，其中包含加州大學洛杉磯分校(UCLA), 南加州大學(uSC)，喬治城大學(Geogetwon University)，亞利桑那州立大學(Arizona State University)，維吉尼亞理工(vriginia Tech)，華盛頓大學(university of Washington)等等。
Johnny 與Ray達成共識，每年夏天Rhode Island Elite Basketball AAU 將會接受台灣想打球的學生運動員參加，隨隊學習以及征戰各大小聯賽。我們也有足夠的資源跟能力讓學生球員能在不同的大學教練面前展現自我和爭取入選機會。
